Fund Raising
We urgently need to raise a total of £20k per year for the Newboulds' support, because Richard is running Switched-On full time, and the family plans to move to India for three years (hopefully by Summer 09) to establish computer labs. Personal donors are needed to increase the 13% currently raised (as of May 08), ideally through dependable regular giving. Just a hundred more £10 monthly donations, with Gift Aid, would cover this! Smaller and larger amounts are also welcome - It's the heart with which a gift is given that determines its value!
The project will also need approx £15k of funding for 08/09 to pump-prime the India initiatives - expected mainly from trusts. Switched On will require significantly larger sums from trusts/donors for coming years.
